How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

What payment options are offered?Payment is due at completion of service. You can pay our technicians with check or cash. And we also accept all major credit cards.

Does someone have to be home when septic service is provided?No, it is not necessary for anyone to be home for routine maintenance. Invoices are due upon completion and will be emailed. It is helpful to provide information about where the septic tank is located when scheduling. If you have been experiencing problems with slow draining or back ups, we suggest someone be at the home to test that waste water is flowing from the home to the septic tank properly.

Do you schedule appointments on weekends?No, we only schedule regular service appointments Monday - Friday. We can provide emergency service on the weekend for an extra fee.

How many gallons are there in a septic tank?In a typical 3-bedroom septic system the septic tank is 1000 gallons. In systems designed for more bedrooms, the tank can be 1500 gallons.

How much does it cost to pump a septic tank?Rates vary based on distance to service address and gallons pumped. If the tank does not have a manhole cover or has not been dug up to expose lid, there is an additional fee for digging.

How often should I have my septic tank pumped?We recommend pumping every 3-5 years to maintain your system and keep everything running smoothly.
